What information do you need for a proposal?
Please share the date, venue, event type and the moments you would like music for. For a wedding, tell us whether the ceremony is civil or religious. You can choose a format or ask for guidance.
How do I describe the duration I need?
Share your expected schedule and say whether you need one performance, several sets or music for different parts of the celebration. Duration and arrangements will be discussed in the proposal; you do not need every detail settled before enquiring.
Can I send my favourite songs with the enquiry?
Yes. You can explore the repertoire and save favourites for your proposal. If a song is not listed, include its title and version in your message; its preparation must be confirmed before it is included.
Do I need to arrange sound equipment myself?
Please tell us whether the venue or DJ provides sound and which moments you need covered. For weddings, it is included for the drinks reception and for religious ceremonies requiring backing tracks; civil ceremonies may require a separate arrangement. Details will be agreed for your event.
Does submitting the form reserve my date?
The form is for availability enquiries and proposal requests. The automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your enquiry, not a booking. Availability and booking terms will be confirmed separately.
